It's only the third, yet the best one!

Once again with a brilliant start, they are here to hypnotize you with those enchanting Sai bhajans. Mere ghar ke aage sainath.......certainly a provocative line! Murmuring these lines brings along with it a happy atmosphere. The singer too is engrossed in welcoming Sainath to his house, isn't it? His smile tells it all!
This unplugged particularly emphasizes on the shooting skills of all the guys behind the cameras. The unseen faces are the most important ones, without these we could never see what is being presented.
As mentioned in my previous blogs, the people behind this entire concept are many. One by one we'll be experiencing every hidden talent with double the energy  and passion than the previous one. Right from the editing to location hunting the Sai Unplugged Cafe is working day in and day out to please all the Sai devotees.
Mere ghar ke aage sainath https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-5m6wFGWiE has come out as a gem and I'm pretty sure you all will love this piece of art.

Basun Kasa Rahila .....next unplugged!

Yet another melodiously sung and performed unplugged "Basun Kasa Rahila ....", launched just a week ago. In a brand new style, Sai Unplugged Cafe is here to entertain the world around with Sai Baba's bhajans.
The melodica used in this unplugged is also known as the pianica, blow-organ, key-flute or key-ute. It has a musical keyboard on top, and is played by blowing air through a mouthpiece that fits into a hole in the side of the instrument. The melodious music of this melodica played with the same dedication and enthusiasm by Sanjay Salunkhe, a youngster who can play almost all the musical instruments. Admire his performance and the spectacular ease with which he holds his instrument.
Shekhar Jadhav, the guitarist adds a rhythmic music to the bhajan(devotional song)sung by Swapnil Tambe. The spontaneity in their work will leave you mesmerized and satisfied at the end of the day. It wouldn't be surprising if you end up humming - basun kasa rahila dagdavari....
Also besides these three gems, there are a bunch of people striving hard for the unplugged. Firstly, this unique concept of Sai unplugged cafe was put forth by Sanjay Salunkhe. Then there is:
Music Composer - Rupesh Jadhav
DOP (Director of Photography) - Pragati Takwale (The Women Power)
Editing - Saiccha Worlikar
Camera - Vrushabh Kadam
                Vinay Ghonge
                 Pritesh Tikam
                 Kaustubh Pednekar
Presented by - THE DIVINE SWARA

So here is a battalion of creative minds, to soothe your souls. Watch the youtube video and hit a like as soon as you get connected to our beloved Sai Baba. Also, comment if you like their performance. And subscribe if you want other Sai devotees to enjoy too.

SAI UNPLUGGED CAFE.

Until now we've being enjoying the unplugged versions of Bollywood and Hollywood songs. But, what is this unplugged? It is a music performed or recorded with acoustic rather than electrically amplified instruments. Today when we think of unplugged music, all that comes to our mind is something offbeat yet soothing.
So here's a good news to all the unplugged lovers and especially the Sai Devotees. A brand new concept put forth for you by Sanjay Salunkhe in the form of Sai bhajans in an exclusively fresh music. THE DIVINE SWARA presents our very own Sai Baba songs in a new style in the form of SAI UNPLUGGED CAFE.
The launching of first unplugged needs some kind of backing from all you dear audience. If these young guys can indulge in something innovative like this, we can definitely support them for a successful venture. Please watch their video on Youtube  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HNOjfGo4Q8
The singer is Swapnil Tambe and we've Rupesh Jadhav on the Piano. Besides these three people, there is the entire Saichha team working day in and day out for to hit their talents to different heights.
Let's have an applaud and wish them All the very Best for their SAI UNPLUGGED CAFE.

...yet down to earth..!

I wished to write one blog for each boy working for Saiccha Creative Academy. I asked one of them to enlist the number of boys actively participating in the academy. I genuinely excepted his willingness to do so, I was still in that illusion like "Who doesn't like publicity!" But to my amusement, his answer proved me wrong.
He said, "Actually there are 'n' number of boys, and it is not easy to write about each of them. Also, it won't look good even if one is left out." I agreed. But then his next sentence impressed me further. "Saiccha works as a team, not as an individual". Their honesty, dedication and oneness, everything was said in one single sentence.

  • Each one among them is an individual jewel, yet they are down to earth!
  • Where people die to make an identity of their own, they are struggling to reach the world      along with the entire team.
  • No politics, no grumbling; only respect and commitment.

Come, let's support these boys in whatever they do for the society. You can start with liking their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/saichhacreativeacademy2007/

Saichha's Navratri Utsav !

Singing Yo Yo rap does not really make any boy to be dude, but singing Bhajans of our dear Gods and Goddess does make. No music can give peace and satisfaction other than that of God's. These boys are the real Yo Yo dudes who love indulging themselves with those beautiful rhythms of Bhajans.
As a regular ritual, every year without fail the Saichha devotees devote their talent, time and energy to Pancharatna Navratra Mandal's Navrati Utsav. Maintaining the same enthusiasm from 10 pm till 1 am post-midnight, these devotees cum singers dedicate their inborn talents to Goddesses Ambe and entertain one and all with their amazing compositions.
Sai baba, Datta guru, Maa Ambe,  our dear lord Ganesh and a song specially composed for bestowing love on our parents, all are sung by Saichcha boys not to earn a living but to live their dreams. They aren't selling their talents, instead gaining blessings from thousands of audiences. The most commendable point of Saiccha is, every single person is immensely talented. One is an expert on organ, other on tabla, some other is an extraordinary flute player while the other is a spontaneous drum player.
Today too, the Saiccha gang rocked the floor by giving their best performance as usual. Their energy certainly forces each head to stay back until the end of the bhajan. No matter how tired one is, the lovely beats and mellifluent lyrics tune the audiences to every song sung. The self-trained performers are a boon to the society. In this 21th century hardly, a few youngsters believe in God. On the contrary, Saiccha boys not only believe in the God but also promote the greatness of the Almighty. Every night they have a bhajan to perform at various locations, hats off to their stamina.
Once again a wonderful Navratri night spent in the mesmerizing environment of Saiccha's bhajan. Thank You one and all.

A tribute to our dear freedom fighters in Saiccha's style !

As mentioned in one of my blogs(http://shradviews.blogspot.in/2015/06/saichcha.html), Saichha is a boon to the young aspirants. Setting a platform right from the ground level is not everybody's cup of tea. Working all day long in their respective offices and then striving hard for the Saichha Creative Academy is certainly commendable.
This 15th August marked the most innovative celebration or a tribute to our freedom fighters by our beloved Saichha Team. Today, Independence Day and Republic Day is meant for wearing a tri-colored outfit or going shopping  (as the malls are flooded with in-numerous exciting offers ). But these youngsters have brought in a different way to exhibit their love and respect to our freedom fighters.
Are we really cognizant of the freedom that we've got? I guess, it's not; because the freedom we are enjoying is bestowed upon us free of cost. But the students of Saichha Creative Academy have gone out of their way and have made an attempt to celebrate our Independence Day in a rare manner. These young minds sketched the caricatures of our lionhearted freedom fighters and also worked on the digitization of their art. Away from the show-offs and trends they had set up a street play in the memory of the freedom we've got in 1947 on the cost of enormous lives.
Hoisting the flag and saluting it is not enough, we've got to respect it because many people have sacrificed their lives so that we could see our flag swaying high with great pride. A salute to the entire Saichha Team to have shown us a distinct way of celebrating 15th August.

Do visit their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/saichhacreativeacademy2007 to see the caricatures in the form of a video and some more pictures.

Pragati- A dynamic personality!

Women make better managers. Do you agree on this? This is a good topic to debate on. But let's go with an example. Pragati AT is an epitome of the above statement. A multi-talented, all-rounder, courageous, prompt, enthusiastic and there may be many more adjectives to describe her. As I do not know her in personal, I might skip some her qualities. I apologize for that.
So,this young lady is born with numerous talents.A student of L.S.Raheja college of Arts (Bandra), she is an expert in the fields of Photography, painting, dancing, theater, etc. Impressed by her photography I was forced to write on her personal magnetism.
A Worli resident, excelling in her career to the highest degree can be a really surprising fact. Unless the society benefits from your talents, you are not considered to be  a part of the society. And Pragati isn't an exception. She is an super-active part of Saichha Creative Academy, (https://www.facebook.com/search/str/Saichha%20Creative%20Academy/keywords_top, their facebook page)or more appropriately the backbone of this 'house of artist'. A versatile personality woman is definitely a blessings to any organisation, isn't it? She is engrossed in the creativity and management of Saichha. She carries the burden of the Saichha Creative Academy very efficiently on her strong shoulders. Every instruction given is completed by her with full determination. I would love to share a couple of her finest photos, the rest you can check on this link: https://www.facebook.com/search/str/Saichha%20Creative%20Academy/keywords_top . I'm sure this photo will definitely force you to like the page link above. And don't forget to like the page. A like is a compliment to the fine art.
Coming back to the statement, Women make better managers. I hope you all must have agreed on this until now.

Saiccha!

Saichha, the name itself showcases something to do with goodness, faithfulness and salvation. The Saichha Bhajan Mandal began spreading this goodness 8 years back. Their journey began with a handful of boys singing devotional songs and today continues with a huge battalion of boys. I associated these guys as "battalion" because today they are engaged not only in singing but many other activities altogether. The main motto of this Mandal was to extract the hidden talents out of those shy and diffident boys and they wanted to pursue their interests on their caliber. It was like giving them a stage to explore their talents and know themselves. And because of their determination and hard work (and of course these people were born with talents), they were successful in winning hearts throughout Mumbai. Returning home after 8 hours of hectic jobs and immediately dressing up for the night's bhajan and returning back only after 2 am in the night was definitely not an easy task. The Saichha boys were climbing the heights of success and at the same time encouraging the youngsters to come forward and exhibit their talents.
Tabla, organ, Dholak, keyboard, harmonium, flute, name any out of these they have experts who can play this efficiently without any coaching or class. On the whole Saichha Bhajan Mandal was and is the only free platform where people came to show their talents and entertained their audiences with their art. I am one of those entertained and satisfied audiences.
To take a step further Saichha thought of contributing their share of earnings to the needy and entered into social work. Saving someone's life brings a smile on their face. I think only a few Mandals can do such a Noble deed. These boys have had the guts to help the society, isn't it?
To boost the upcoming young talents other than singing, i.e. dancing, painting, sketching, photography, etc. the Saichha banner introduced the "Saichha Creative Academy". Through an exhibition they launched these super talented artists. The exhibition was a big hit, as people loved the concept itself and even bought the paintings. Today they run classes(dance, painting, dholak and Casio) for kids in Worli (their home ground ) so that these kids use their caliber to the fullest and live their dream.
As an observer of their entire journey since 2007, I am glad on their success and I guarantee they will reach the ultimate height one day. The purpose behind writing this blog was only to show my gratitude towards their good work.
